- Wake up
- Go for a 30 minute jog
- Protein shake
- Cold shower
- Breakfast: Lentils and broccoli
- Brunch: Cottage cheese, salsa, guacamole, leafy salad and some form of legumes (TBC)
- Lunch: Cottage cheese, grilled peppers, legumes
- Dinner: Protein shake, beans, leafy salad
It isn't the most thoroughly thought out eating plan seeing as I haven't actual done the shopping to give it a proper stab but it is good for me to get a feel of the eating plan anyway. Stay tuned for pictures and nutritional breakdown over the course of tomorrow!
