Week 1 in review

The results are in! At the end of one week of slow carbing, here are my measurements:

Results as at 8 Jan 2011:

Weight: 166lb (was 169lb)

Right bicep: 12.5in (was 11.9in)

Left bicep: 12.2in (was 11.7in)

Upper chest: 35.9in (was 36.0in)
Lower chest: 35.6in (was 35.6in)

Navel: 32.8in (was 34.6in)
Hips: 35.1in (was 35.7in)
Backside: 37.5in (was 38.3in)

Right thigh: 21.8in (was 22.2in)
Left thigh: 22.0in (was 22.3in)
Right calf: 15.7in (was 16.0in)
Left calf: 15.7in (was 16.3in)

Total inches: 276.8in (was 280.6in)

So 3lb and 3.8inches down! Huge step in the right direction. Definitely pleased with the inch loss across the board - apart from biceps....could I finally be getting a pair of guns? :)

Still haven't got used to it (several mistakes were made this week) and I still haven't got all my PAGG yet so adding those in I really do hope to be able to blitz this body transformation plan over the next few weeks and get to my goals by the end of April.
